I spoke to a very understanding and sweet customer services who both helped resolve my returns during the pandemic. They were both helpful and resolved my issues. The wait to speak to them was very long but since everyone is working remotely it was understandable. Worth the wait. Ordered from Wayfair and will continue to do so. Recommend them to anyone.
I have been purchasing from Wayfair for several years, and I love them! Their shipping is free- which is very important to me because I do not have access to easy shopping living in the country. The products offered have good quality, and I especially Love their art work! It is very unique and different. I review my orders honestly and quickly- and receive reward monies for doing so. I ordered Luxury Patio Dining Set. Easy to assemble and took only a few minutes. I am not good at this so I was pleased. Love the white. It does not look cheap. Have had compliments on how attractive Luxury Patio Dining Set. It took about a week to deliver. The Luxury Patio Dining Set came. I was worried but I will order again from them. Nice not to have to pay duty as I am Canadian.
This online shop has amazing service. I have used them several times. My last order had an item that was damaged. They took care of me, no argument no hassle just replaced the order. Even had a follow up call to make sure everything was received in good condition and if I needed any additional assistance... they get how to take care of customers!
I've only had one hiccup when shopping Wayfair, but that's expected as things can't run smoothly all the time. The home furnishings I've bought in the past have all been of great quality. Great prices and super-fast shipping! Dealing with customer service reps can be frustrating sometimes, but I've worked in customer service before so I know it's not an easy task all the time.
I initially ordered two barstools but for some reason there was miscommunication between csr/dispatching department and the warehouse (I assume). Long story short, they end up shipping the other one and gifting me a free one for my inconvenience! Like basically a $150 gift! My bad day turned into a blessing! Thanks Wayfair
Well I had not bought one thing online in my life and heard about Wayfair. I was moving for the first time in 24 years and decided out with the old and in with the new. I refurnished every room in the house via wayfair over a period of 4-5 months. Oh yes there were some bumps in the road with damages and either waiting for full replacements or repair parts, this is where the bumps came in. The customer service reps were first class in making things right and always told me donate the current item I had rather than me pay for return shipping etc.which was always gratefully received I might add.
I have recently purchased a number of items needed to set up a new home. Some products worked out; some didn't, or couldn't be shipped in time.
